Records
The Records Bureau is staffed by Senior Police Records Clerk Barbara Winfield and Secretarial Assistant Annette Carney. The Records Bureau is responsible for the maintenance and custodial care of all police reports. These reports include all investigations, arrests (adult & juvenile), motor vehicle accidents, citations and Township ordinances. The bureau provides affected individuals with “hard copy” police reports for use in various court proceedings and insurance claims. Copies can be picked up at the Burlington Township Police Department, 851 Old York Road, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM [excluding holidays].
Reports are generally available for pick up after 5 business days after the incident. Please call 609-239-5882 or e-mail Records prior to arriving. They will let you know if the report is ready and what the fee will be.

Discovery
$.75 per page for first 10 pages
$.50 per page for next 10 pages
$.25 per page after 20
Motor Vehicle Crash Report
$1.00 per page when requested in-person
$5.00 Minimum by mail
Photographs
$.29 per print, plus $10.00 administrative fee
VHS Tapes
$25.00 per tape
