School Resource Officer S. R. O.

The School Resource Officer program was started in 2004 to allow for collaboration between the Burlington Township Police Department and the Township school system.  Officer George Bogda is our School Resource Officer (SRO) and his responsibility is to bridge the gap between our Police Department and all the schools in Burlington Township. His role is threefold: teaching, counseling and law enforcement.  He works closely with the administration and staff of the schools to act in the best interest of the students and to keep the school a safe learning environment for our youth.
